- Professional conduct with referred clients
- Timely communication

3. Commission Structure
- 5% of project value after client payment
- Minimum payout: $50 AUD
- Bank transfer payment method

4. Referral Process
- Submit referrals via provided template
- G29 DESIGN contacts referrals within 24 hours
- Regular updates provided to partners

5. Term & Termination
- No fixed term commitment
- 30-day notice for termination
- Immediate termination for misconduct

6. Privacy & Data
- Compliance with Australian Privacy Principles
- Secure handling of client information
- Confidentiality requirements

7. General
- Non-exclusive partnership
- No employee-employer relationship
- Victorian law governs agreement
